Ginger Sesame Chicken Salad

This salad is so delicious and filling, you’ll be surprised you are eating healthy. It also only takes a few minutes to throw together, making it a perfect weekday dinner!

Makes 1 serving


  • 2 cups of spring mix

  • 1/4 of a cucumber (cubed or diced)

  • 1-2 slices red onion diced

  • 1/4 cup shaved Brussel sprouts 

  • 1/4 avocado 

  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds

  • 6oz of chicken (we used pre-made “Just Chicken” from Trader Joe’s)

  • 2 oz Annie’s Sesame Ginger dressing

Macros: 38% protein 💪 42% fat 🥑 20% carbs
