Anthony Califano, known around here as Coach, is a fantastic example of the Strength Happens method in action. He makes time between his coaching sessions to come in to the gym, making his own health a priority. Even when he is extremely busy, mid season, he shows up for himself.
Muriel has been training with Mike for 16 years! She is an inspiration to us, showing us the power of exercise to let us live our fullest lives even as we age. Muriel has gone through a lot in her life and it makes her the woman she is today. She has continued to set and crush her goals. Here’s to another year!
Missy is a client that is a pleasure to train. If you have been in the gym with her, you know her as an easy person to talk to and get to know. Let us introduce you all to Noah, before we bid him farewell as he heads off to college. Noah came to us at the start of high school, and it's been a pleasure to watch him grow as a person both in and out of the gym.
